Join us in support of the Black Boys' Entrepreneurship Program
Who We Are
Men Impact Change (M.I.C) is a unique, dynamic, and multicultural 501(c) (3) nonprofit founded in 2014. Our mission is to educate, honor, connect, and advocate for our boys and men while preparing underrepresented boys through entrepreneurship training and leadership development opportunities.
Our Vision
To bridge the economic gap through entrepreneurship education while building capable men and leaders of the next generation.
Black Boys' Entrepreneurship Program ( BBEP )
BBEP is an
8-month leadership and entrepreneurship training program designed to help black
males (ages 14 to 18) to build professional skills, including leadership, communication, presentation,
collaboration, design-thinking, and critical-thinking skills. BBEP will provide
them with knowledge and skills to develop creative solutions to the various
problems that exist in society.
The goal is to close the skill and knowledge gap and foster the next generation of business leaders, job creators and employers.
We strongly believe that the community is directly or indirectly affected by the poor outcomes of the black males. We also believe in the Frederick Douglas quote, "It is easier to build a boy than repair a broken man."
The black male continues to be stereotyped and criminalized and without the support, they are likely to suffer from unemployment, low income generation, low education and even per-mature death.
We welcome you to join us as we economically empower, train and build the next generation of business leaders.
