Men Impact Change (M.I.C.), a 501(c)(3) organization founded in 2014, is committed to transforming the lives of young men of color by equipping them with entrepreneurial skills, fostering mentorship connections, and providing access to professional networks.

Each year, we engage in a series of initiatives that empower them through entrepreneurship training, leadership development, and mentorship. We strongly believe that it is easier to build a boy that to repair a broken man. Our goal is to break cycles of fatherlessness and promote positive & healthy masculinity, to create a future-ready generation equipped to thrive and lead.

The goal of the Young Men Summit is to equip young men of color (ages 13-26) with lessons on emotional intelligence, mental wellness, entrepreneurship, leadership, and career development through engaging workshops and transformational sessions. This summit addresses issues unique to young men in underserved communities and offers tools to cultivate resilience, emotional intelligence, conflict resolution, entrepreneurial, digital and AI skills.

Activities Include:

● Workshops on financial literacy, emotional intelligence, mental wellness, healthy masculinity, entrepreneurship, digital & AI skills, and career planning.

● Keynote speakers from various industries.

● Coaching and mentorship sessions

● Networking sessions with mentors and community leaders.
