Inspired by Frederick Douglass’ timeless truth, “It’s easier to build a boy than to repair a broken man," Men Impact Change (MIC), in collaboration with Montgomery College (MC), Germantown, presents the Young Men Summit: a transformative, full-day immersive experience designed for young men transitioning from adolescence to adulthood (ages 15-25).

Men Impact Change
(M.I.C.) is a 501(c)(3) multicultural organization confronting the national
crisis facing boys and young men by building purpose, advancing positive
masculinity, and creating economic pathways through culturally responsive
mentorship, workforce development, and strategic partnerships.
Across the country, young men are facing a growing crisis: disconnection from education, workforce, and identity. The Men Impact Change Young Men Summit (MICYMS) in collaboration with Montgomery College (MC), Germantown, is designed to change that.

Grounded in MIC's 3-Pillar proven Framework, the Summit mobilizes young men through three core pillars:
- Purpose - discovering identity, meaning, and direction
- Positive Masculinity - redefining leadership through emotional intelligence, self-awareness, conflict resolution, and mutual respect
- Workforce Pathways - connecting young men to careers, entrepreneurship, trades and economic mobility
