Inspired by Frederick Douglass’ timeless truth, “It’s easier to build a boy than to repair a broken man," Men Impact Change (MIC), in collaboration with Montgomery College (MC), Germantown, presents the 2026 Young Men Summit: a transformative, full-day immersive experience designed for young men transitioning from adolescence to adulthood (ages 15-25).

Across the country, young men are facing a growing crisis: disconnection from education, workforce, and identity. The 2026 Young Men Summit (2026YMS) hosted by Men Impact Change (MIC) in Collaboration with Montgomery College (MC) is designed to change that.
2026 Young Men Summit Theme: Confronting a National Crisis: Re-Engaging Young Men in College, Career, and Purpose
Grounded in MIC's 3-Pillar proven Framework, the Summit mobilizes young men through three core pillars:
- Purpose - discovering identity, meaning, and direction
- Positive Masculinity - redefining leadership through emotional intelligence, self-awareness, conflict resolution, and mutual respect
- Workforce Pathways - connecting young men to careers, entrepreneurship, trades and economic mobility

Free & Open to young men ages 15–25 from Montgomery College, Men Impact Change, and the broader community, including high school students and graduates.
Parking: Park in the lot beside the Globe sculpture. The entrance to the BioScience Education Center is directly across from the parking lot.
